HOW IT WORKS
Hydrogen has the following properties:
Hydrogen is a constituent part of the fossil fuel, hence why fossil fuels are called hydrocarbons
Hydrogen burns with a fast flame
Hydrogen is not a foreign addition to the normal fuel/air mixture
Burns more rapidly than hydrocarbon fuels because it is smaller and enters combustion reactions at higher velocity
- Diesel Fuel Reforming; this process is used to extract Hydrogen enriched Syn-Gas and replaces the old system comprising Hydrogen Cylinders
These characteristics make it possible to use mixtures of hydrogen Enriched Syn-gas with conventional hydrocarbon fuels such as gasoline, nio diesel, natural gas, diesel and propane to reduce emissions of unburnt hydrocarbons.
The biggest advantage of using hydrogen enriched syn-gas is that only a little is required to act as a catalyst. Using hydrogen enriched syn-gas as a combustion stimulant makes it possible for other fuels to meet future requirements for lower exhaust emissions in Australia and an increasing number of additional countries.
The end result is the only proven system for greenhouse gas emission reduction and diesel engine efficiency improvement in Australia.
Our System produces renewable energy technology that reforms the vehicle’s own fuel to generate a hydrogen enriched syn-gas.
You may have heard of the hydrogen generator that uses the electrolysis of water to produce hydrogen for an engine.
The produced gas is called Browns Gas and is a mixture of oxygen and hydrogen, which is an extremely flammable gas due to its composition ratio. Safety concerns are incredibly high due to this fire risk.
In the old system, the use of compressed hydrogen ensures that there is a ready supply for a reasonable journey. This purer form of hydrogen remains at a concentration that is too high to support combustion until it is actually discharged into the engine intake, which in comparison to Browns Gas, is a much safer option.
This has now been eliminated in our new technology which produces it’s own fuel from reforming the vehicle’s own fuel lines.
Role of Computer Chip System in HEMS
