TYPES OF ENGINE

Diesel – TURBO

The Hems System is easily interfaced with the vehicle. Cylinders are mounted at a  convenient location. The Hydrogen Refilling point can be located at a convenient and safe location. Hydrogen is injected “pre-turbo” and is delivered to the engine at a rate determined by the engine.
The Hems System is fully automatic over the entire range of operation and has a master switch.
To replenish the hydrogen, a visit to a Hydrogen Filling Station and connection of the refilling hose is all that is needed. No cylinder swapping is required.

Diesel – TURBO – Post Euro 5

The Hems System is easily interfaced with the vehicle. Cylinders are mounted at a  convenient location. The Hydrogen Refilling point can be located at a convenient and safe location. Hydrogen is delivered to the engine “pre-turbo” at a rate governed by the engine.
The EGR and AD-BLUE systems are not affected.
The Hems System is fully automatic and has a master switch. Our R&D team are nearing completion of other technology that will improve the emissions even more that will work with the engine’s control unit.
To replenish the hydrogen, a visit to a Hydrogen Filling Station and connection of the refilling hose is all that is needed. No cylinder swapping is required.

Diesel – Non Turbo

The Hems System is easily interfaced with the vehicle. Cylinders are mounted at a  convenient location. The Hydrogen Refilling point can be located at a convenient and safe location. The hydrogen is delivered to the engine air inlet at a customised flow rate.
The Hems System is fully automatic and has a master switch. When the Hems system is “ON” the amount of smoke from the exhaust is reduced, power is increased and the fuel (Diesel) consumption drops.
To replenish the hydrogen, a visit to a Hydrogen Filling Station and connection of the refilling hose is all that is needed. No cylinder swapping is required.

CARS

The Hems System can be used on a car, however, the installation brings complications in finding an available space as cylinders are mounted in a sealed compartment.
The Hydrogen Refilling point can be located at a convenient and safe location. The hydrogen is delivered to the engine air inlet at a customised flow rate.
To replenish the hydrogen, a visit to a Hydrogen Filling Station and connection of the refilling hose is all that is needed. No cylinder swapping is required.
