What happens if the system breaks after the warrantee period?

If the system has operational problems or technical issues are experienced by the client then HEMS will investigate the problem to ensure no third party tampering has occurred first. After evaluation and it’s just normal parts failure then HEMS will replace the faulty parts and charge the client for parts only. However, if it is discovered that the system has been tampered with then full service and technical charge will apply plus parts.
